Once you find that ideal next home we will let the landlord know about you and pass you through our referencing process. This would generally include employment reference, previous landlord reference, evidence of right to rent, photographic ID, as well as a credit report.
If you have a lower income you may need a guarantor, they should be a homeowner with a clean credit history and income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. The guarantor must understand their obligations as they will be agreeing to certain conditions, such as paying the rent if you are unable to.
