Your property will be advertised on our own website as well as Rightmove with its’ global reach. You will be given information about potential viewers and their interest in viewing/renting the home.

Once you are happy with your choice of tenant we will then pass them through the referencing process. This would generally include employment reference, previous landlord reference, evidence of right to rent, photographic ID, as well as a credit report.

If a guarantor is required we can arrange to have one put in place, also ensuring that they understand their obligations.

All being well the next step is to have an inventory carried out, get the lease drawn up and arrange deposit, rent and entry date.
