We are passionate about property here at The Property People NE!  Therefore we have decided to offer another service - Property Sourcing - this is primarily aimed at those who are short of time, who live outside of Scotland or anyone else who is just looking for a specialist in the industry!

We would be happy to source Sales or Rental Properties on your behalf. We can view them, request Home Reports/EPCs, investigate the surrounding areas and amenities then get back to you with a photographic and/or video report as well as a written summary of our findings.
